A Simple Stamped Calendar | Damask Love BlogLet’s talk about 2013. It was a phenomenal year filled with milestones and memorable moments.

Tragedy led to action with a very special trip to Newtown, Connecticut.

My very first blogger conference was a blast…and I’m counting down the days until I go again!

We celebrated our one year anniversary with a trip to Europe, where I scoped out tons of great paperies.

We tackled blog photos and bookbinding together!

I hung out with 22 blog readers at the Damask Love Live crafting event in Berkeley, California!

My homegirl Martha helped me deck the halls with boughs of awesome.

I launched my first ever online magazine full of holiday crafts and gift ideas…

and now, I’m closing out the year with another great opportunity. Today, I’m joining up with a ton of other crafty, talented craft bloggers in the Season of Giving Blog Hop.  This is no regular blog hop, people. This is the mother of all blog hops. At each stop along the way, you’ll find projects as well as a chance to win. Each of us is giving away something awesome and you just need to comment to win. Easy and awesome, right?

For my contribution to this blog hop, I’ve got another calendar project for you featuring the Let’s Make a Date stamp set that I released a few weeks ago. (P.S. It’s back in stock – you can order in the sidebar!)

{1} Stamp each month onto a piece of white cardstock, then cut another piece of cardstock that is slightly larger than the stamped cardstock. Trim each corner of the cardstock as shown.

{2} When you are done, your finished result will be a piece of cardstock that looks like this.

{3} Place the larger piece of cardstock onto a piece of cardstock that has been stamped with your choice of background stamp. Use an X-acto knife to cut a slit at each corner.

{4} Slip your stamped calendar into the slits.

The finished calendar is bright and simple and just my style. It’s also easy to change out for the new year, since you only need to replace the calendar card inserts.
