Anyone out there catching the World Cardmaking Day Fever?
Let me help you with the diagnosis…symptoms include:
1) Messy craftroom due to excessive cardmaking
2) Minor papercut injuries
3) Intense anxiety about running low on white cardstock or adhesive.
Not sure about you – but I’ve definitely got it. And it just so happens that this time last year, I also had World Cardmaking Day Fever which turned into an awesomely exciting win in the Paper Crafts Magazine WCMD contest!
Today, I’m hanging out with the other WCMD winners to share a couple of cards that might just help rev your mojo!
If you’ve reached this post via Trinh Arrieta‘s blog – then you, my dear are an awesome rule abiding blog hopper. If you’ve come here from somewhere else – then, I just don’t know what to say about that! You get 10 minutes in the no-crafting zone – and it’s boring over there.
First, I just had to take this chance to share my winning design from last year’s WMCD contest…it’s one of my all time faves. Probably because it took about eleventeen million hours to complete!
Stunning cards!
I love your card, there are simply gorgeous!
Gorgeous cards! Your last one looks great with the stamped images/circles. I thought they were patterned paper, until I read that you used stamps.
Beautiful cards- and your wreath should have been published- it’s fab!
It looks like it took eleventeen million hours to complete, too. Well worth the win! Does it make me sound ungrateful to say I dont think I’ve EVER made a thank you card?
Wow! Simply amazing! Love them all. The wreath is delightful, and lovely muted colors! Bev
Love them all!
LOVE ALL THREE of your cards!!!!!! 🙂 THEY’RE FABULOUS!!!!! 🙂 (Don’t feel bad, it takes me FOREVER to make my cards too!) 🙂
That thank you card is so awesome, Amber! And your holiday card is very lovely. 🙂
really they turned THAT card down??? I agree….the nerve!!!! 🙂 I think it is simply adorable…I may do some of the Christmas tags or notecards like that…I think its super cute!
Love your cards but I especially like that you gave us the symptons on card making day. I wondered why my craft room looked like a tornado went through it.
I think all your cards are prize and publishing woorthy. The wreath card was actually my fave!!
Love what you do with letters!
Great cards, Amber! I can’t believe the last one wasn’t chosen for publication– it’s fabulous!
Love, love, love your cards. Such a sweet and simple style! Thanks for sharing and thanks for the chance to win.
These are great cards. The window thank you is really cool. I want to try it with pattern paper behind it. Your wreath is very warm and inviting.
Fun card!

Hugz2u, dearie!
Love that thank you card…it reminds me of the fun slider puzzles I used to do as a kid. Great color choices, and a super fun design!
Fabulous cards, Amber – I too think it was rather “remiss” of them rejecting that super wreath card 🙂
Love your cards. Great thank yous.
All of these are fabulous. Thank You for saring!
Awesome cards! I especially love the second Thank You card.
All of your cards look great! That winning card was genius and so creative!
I just LOVE your card that won last year PLUS both of the cards that you shared THIS year. Thanks for the inspiration. 😀
Great cards and I like your wreath of homespun circles.
wonderful cards, cannt believe the nerve of rejecting the homespun wreath card, I love it. thanks for sharing.
All 3 of these are fabulous cards. I can see the amount of work that went into that 1st one, but my guess is probably very inaccurate and way below what it really took. I really like the warm feeling of the wreath card. What a great way to use up some precious scraps, too. Nice work, all the way around, Amber.
Great cards.

Wow! I love that thank you card!!! What a versatile design! The Homespun holiday wishes card is wonderful too. This was definitely a great stop on the way to inspiration for tomorrow! Thanks, Amber!
