Who knew there were so many fun ways to package up hot cocoa? If you saw THIS post, you know that hot cocoa to go is a simple to DIY and if you’ve been reading Damask Love for a while, you know how much I love a project “in a box” as proven by THIS, THIS and THIS.
Today, I’m taking all the elements of hot cocoa and jamming it into a cute gift box, topped off with a banner tag that is easy to make using the new Partial Tag Die Cuts
I anchored the box with a trio of paper cups with lids and added a felt cozy that can be used again and again.
For the hot cocoa add ons, I used File it: Kits and Well Preserved: Cocoa to create simple little tags! The new Pillow Box Liner Die adds a perfect background to the acetate pillow box packaging.

Fantastic – LOVE all your “gift in a box” ideas….well to be honest, I just love ALL your ideas – full stop 😀
I love you! You are such a loyal reader and commenter. Thank you, thank you, thank you!! I appreciate you to the millionth power, Janet!
These are great Amber. Where do you get your spoons?
Dont you LOVE those spoons! We’ve all seen wooden spoons but these are special with the fun scrolls on the ends and the shaped handle. They are called “Baroque Wooden Spoons” and you can get them from a site called YLiving
I’ve seen many hot coco kits around the blogs over the years but this one is adorable. Love it in a box, love the window pocket pouch for marshmallows, love the cup. All of it, too cute.

Hi Mandy! That is a great compliment to receive! Thank you. I know that hot cocoa spoons are nothing new in blogland but I was hoping that this little ensemble might provide a slightly new, craft spin on an old fave!
My kids, nieces, and nephews are going to love this! I’m going to have to make them each a box and add a Christmas movie in the box so they can enjoy hot cocoa with a movie. Thank you for your inspirations! Love, love, love!
Oh my! I absolutely LOVE this idea! The thought that this project inspired such a sweet give for the kiddos in your family makes me feel all warm and gushy! Thanks for reading!
What a fun tutorial! I just found your blog and will definitely be following you. : ) Question — where do you find the wonderful boxes that you used for this project? They are the perfect size!
Por norma general es una aplicación adecuada que realiza bien su función.
