You’re a Peach

This week has been positively fabulous!

First, I was a winner for my entry into Paper Crafts Magazine’s  February Gallery Challenge!

And yesterday, the Papertrey Ink Team chose to feature my Fun Foam Fruit cards as the Make-It-Monday project of the day!

Talk about fantastic!
As I’m sure you know, receiving recognition for your work is a great feeling and I really appreciate the encouragement.
I must say though – the comments I get on this blog may be the best encouragement of all!
I love reading each one (sometimes more than once) and I love learning about the fabulous people who have taken a second to visit my blog.
I usually visit the blogs of those who leave comments, so I can see what kinds of fun craftiness they are up to!
After my Fun Foam Fruit Project and the recognition I received – I am feeling positively PEACHY! (I know, I know…probably going overboard with the fruit puns).

At any rate, I thought I’d give my fruit themed cards one last hoorah…

I finally put some ink on the PTI Fruitful stamp set and came up with this simple little card.

I used the same technique as Nichole Heady for inking the peach image – it add such dimension to the image!

Thanks for stopping by for some Damask Love!
