How to Make a Pencil Cup

Go back to school in style..or just make your desktop a little bit more colorful. I’ll show you how to make a pencil cup in the easiest way possible using a few supplies you’ll never suspect! The most important supply of all is my favorite paint from DecoArt! Americana Acrylics:  must have for this pencil cup project but mostly a must have for your craft room!
