There are three more days left in the 40% off sale at Lifestyle Crafts and today I wanted to share one of my favorite die templates with you!  The Treat Carrier  looks like one of the fast-food drink carriers, but it’s much smaller – measuring in at 2.6″ x 5.4″ x 5.5″.

This particular die includes 7 pieces. You’ll need to cut the handle and box portions twice to create both sides of the container. I truly love this die! If I were to make one change, I would make the long handle die a bit shorter, so it would fit onto a standard die-cutting plate. As it is, you’ll need an extended plate on your machine OR you’ll just need to pass it though twice. I was able to use my Fiskars Fuse, and it worked perfectly.

I went with a “garden fresh” theme for this gift set …cause y’all know I love food themed crafts!

IMG_9175On the left side of the treat container, I created little recipe cards and envelopes using the Mini Pocket Die – another one of my faves. I also included some tags using the banner die from the Tape It Kit. On the right, I placed a mini terracotta pot, filled with some fresh basil.

Each recipe card was stamped with fun images and space for filling in the recipe instructions. I’m thinking this would make an awesome housewarming gift!

  1. I like most fruits and veggies; don’t really hate-hate any, except I can’t stand eating those hard bits of lettuce. It doesn’t even matter what kind of lettuce, just won’t eat those gross hard sections. What a fun flash, Amber. Bev

  2. I have to go with brussel sprouts. I have tried them many times over the years but they are just too strong tasting. Thank you for the opportunity to win these dies!

  3. BEETS are my least favorite veggie. I am drawn to the color and then I chock when I taste them. My least favorite fruit is cantaloupe and honey dew. I’ve been swooning over the sale items on Lifestyle Crafts, my cart is super full right now, YIPPY

  4. This is funny! So many of the same ones. I like most fruits and veggies but I don’t like papayas of mangoes either.

  5. You make the CUTEST projects, and that veggie stamp set!? TOO ADORABLE!! I love the stamps that you design with–so perfectly DIY and SO you!!

Ugh, I hate carrots….who knows why!?

  6. Anything with Okra – do not like the texture and what’s that stuff that comes out of it?!? Your carrier is adorable – just like you!

  7. i know this sounds crazy, but…onions. Gross, gross, gross. Very small chunks are manageable, or fried onions are okay, but otherwise…Yuck!

  8. The carrier is so cute! I like most vegetables except the Chinese bitter melon.

Thanks for the giveaway and have a great weekend!

  9. I don’t really have any least favorite veggies! (With bitter melon as my favorite, there really is nothing for least fav!) I had artichoke once for the first time and I guess that was my least favorite 🙂

  10. Such a wonderful gift idea. I can not stand asparagus. I would have no problem using it as part of a centerpiece, but as far as I am concerned, it is inedible.

  11. My least favorite veggie is bell peppers!! And thank you for the chance to win. Love your project!!!

  12. This is a difficult question because I love all veggies – even broccoli, lima beans, brussel sprouts, peas, squash, turnip and rutabaga. I can only say that, while I love the taste of okra, I’m not keen about its texture. LOL

  13. This is awesome! My least fave is peas. Long childhood story. I have learned to have a few in salads over the years but prefer to pick them out. Hee

  14. What a perfect giveaway, what with spring on the horizon. My least favorite vegetable has always been cauliflower. Love the flash giveaway concept as well. What fun!

  15. I can’t really think of a veggie I don’t like. I haven’t been able to cook eggplant very successfully though. So for now eggplant.

  16. I hate lima beans! They really gross me out!

What a fun giveaway! Thanks for the chance to win!
