Last week I did a round up of some of my favorite alphabet dies but I left out one of my ultimate faves from Lifestyle Crafts! So today I’ve got a quick project showcasing the English Rose Grand Alphabet Die Collection along with the newly released Detailz Dies.
The English Rose Alphabet is beautifully ornate and I love how all the curls and loops make it so so schmancy. I used this same alphabet set back in THIS post to create a stamp.
For the design of this simple monogram set, I sort “intertwined” two letters which is a look that I’ve noticed on several pieces of monogrammed stationery.
The monogram design is framed by the newest member of the Lifestyle Crafts family: Detailz Dies.
The Detailz Dies will cut and emboss in one pass when using the Letterpress Paper, which I really love because it saves me time!
To put the dies to use, I created some simple floral embellishments for the top of my gift box. By coloring them with a few different shades of copics, I got a really pretty watercolored effect. To give them a weathered look, I just crumpled ’em up a bit.
