How to Make Hand Hooks

Some may call it creepy. I call it cool. Making wall hooks that look like hands is something I’ve wanted to do for a while, but didn’t know how. I’ve seen similar items in fancy design stores…but they cost way to much!

With a little creative thinking and the help of DecoArt Americana Premium Acrylic Paints, I was able to bring my vision to life! Americana Premium Acrylic Paints are designed to be mixed so you can create your perfect shade…literally! I mixed the paints to create skin tones for each wooden hand. The thickness of these paints offers amazing coverage so you don’t have to add layer over layer before your project is complete!

Watch below to see just how I made these wooden hand hooks. Make sure to watch through the end to see how easily they can be mounted to the wall!
